GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE/SALE

In this Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us”, “our” or “YSD”, refers to LALO GLOBAL LLC , and “you” or “your” refers to you as the
Customers who uses our services. By buying our services, you automatically agree with the terms and conditions.

1. The quote is valid for 30 from receipt. After 30 minutes, the quote must be re-checked by us.
 
2. When we send you a quote, that doesn’t mean that we booked the flight, in case the availability on that
particular flight ends, we will offer you the best alternative solution.
 
3. Price is excluding any extra customs clearance, excess baggage, duty, and tax. (if any)
Other conditions, if different, will be specified in the offer by YSD.

4. Any delay caused by you that brings delivery delays, missed flights, extra cost for us will be quantified and
charge on you.

5. Any incorrect, incomplete or missing information that brings delivery delays, missed flights, extra cost for us
will be quantified and charge on you.

6. We are not responsible for any delay, damage, loss caused by airlines, shipping companies, and any other
transport and logistics company.

7. In case of damage to the goods, notice shall be given immediately upon receipt of the goods, after the POD
signed we are no more responsible for any damage.

8. 100% of the amount will be charged if the order is canceled after confirmation.

9. YSD and our team will use a neutral POD for proving the delivery, any particular request should be agreed in
advance.

10. Please note that the airline can refuse the transportation of the whole shipment if it exceeds the normal
weight (32kg/70lb) restrictions of regular passenger luggage.

11. Terms of payment: 7 days after the end of the mission or when mission completed is confirmed per mail or other contact forms.

12. Terms of payment for Private Jets and Charters: Payment in advance
